The Active billing system was initially developed in 1994. Since then it has been in use across a wide range of service providers and continually evolved to ensure market leading performance and functionality.
To date the following products have been successfully billed on the Active platform: fixed wire, mobile, VOIP, data (wireless and fixed), hosting, domain services, equipment rental/ leasing, insurance, ad-hoc charges recurrent and once off charges, facilities management services.
Our systems are integrated with most major carriers and many smaller providers in Australia, allowing our customers to rapidly resell new products.
The Active billing system is ideally suited to in-house deployment for service providers and carriers who:
- require direct control of all aspects of billing
- require specific integration with other in-house systems such as third party CRM and finance systems
- want to establish and train their own in-house billing department
- wish to modify/extend the billing system code base
